All our jewellery comes with a limited six-month plating warranty from the date of the invoice. It is mandatory to present the original invoice to claim warranty.
We only cover plating issues when and if the product has been handled and used in accordance to our care instructions.
This plating warranty does not cover discoloration caused due to scratching & wear and tear caused due to rough usage, abuse, misuse or accidental damage.
As per the terms of the plating warranty, we may replace or replate the product, if after quality check it is deemed to be a legitimate warranty claim. Please note that no refunds will be issued.
If the product does not pass the quality check and is deemed to be an illegitimate claim, it will be reshipped back to you. In the event that you fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, you shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and ELANTE assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped item.
